Decin dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Brno 's 28. They outrebounded Brno 54-40 including 16 on the offensive glass. 26 personal fouls committed by Brno helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was the former international power forward Tomas Pomikalek (200-1989) who scored 16 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). American swingman Jaden Dewar-Edwards (198-1999, college: Humboldt St.) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Matej Rychtecky (195-2004) who recorded a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds and the former international point guard Richard Balint (192-2002, agency: Octagon Europe) added 12 points and 4 assists respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
